The refurbishment of 12 Carrington Street, Nottingham continues to move forwards.

With the completion of new ground floor glazing creating a new entrance for our clients solicitors office as well as the creation of two new retail units. The Bruton Knowles Building Consultancy team have project managed the restoration works to the building façade as well as development of the two retail units. James Bailey, Managing Partner states “it is really pleasing to see the building refurbishment move to the next stage, after specialist restoration of the façade we will now be creating and marketing the two new retail units, directly opposite the newly built Nottingham Central Library, with the planned road closures also providing a wide pedestrian only street scene”.
